我會把脫脂高鈣奶混合燕麥片,
然後加入幾粒士多啤梨,
添了點酸甜的果香味,
味道和口感更佳,
Keep Fit 之餘也可以很飽肚呢!
而且製作過程亦簡單快捷,
適合像我這種趕出門的上班一族。
